SFIZIO Modern Italian Kitchen is a truly authentic scratch-kitchen. The chef-driven menu is derived from Rocco's roots in the South of Italy combining traditional flavors with a modern cuisine.
At SFIZIO, we believe there is no room for compromises in our ingredients. We value daily crafted dough, imported meats, fresh produce, and hand-made with love. Serving brick oven pizza, hand-crafted pasta, salads, bruschetta, and more, SFIZIO caters a cozy and authentic from-scratch Italian dining experience that will satisfy our guests' Italian cravings.

THE FAMILY

SFIZIO Modern Italian Kitchen is a family-owned and operated business started by Chef Rocco Pezzano who used his southern Italian roots to inspire a brand new restaurant. After much encouragement from the family, SFIZIO emerged as a family project to build a creative culinary concept. Utilizing experience in the restaurant industry and the different generational outlook of the kids, the Pezzano family imagined away to serve traditional and truly authentic Italian food while merging modern culinary creations and dining experiences of the present.
